一般事项
1) 需要填写万利达标准格式的RMA申请表, 必须填写资料为贵公司名称、地址、联络人、电话号码、产品型号、产品描述、条码序号及不良问题等。
2) 完成填写RMA申请表后请以电邮传送我司RMA邮箱。包裝彩盒及配件由客戶自行保管好，我司只接收單獨顯卡退回做保修。
3) 我们收到申请表后会发出一个RMA号码，请列印申请表连同RMA一并寄到我司办公室。
4) 收到RMA后，我们会在2个工作天内发出检查清单，如有不同意清单内容，须于检查清单发出日起5个工作天以电邮向我们作出反映。
5) 如收到的RMA有人为损毁的情况，我们会在2个星期内作出通知。
6) 所有RMA会在由收货日起计30天内送回客人。
运输指引
1) 送回RMA时请务必包装稳固，以避免在运输途中出现损毁。
2) 客人负责RMA送回的运费，而送回客人的运费由我司支付。.
3) 所有人为损毁产品，过保产品以及非万利达产品的运费都需要由客人支付。
